This is a working draft. It describes only what this static website does today. It is not a client data-processing agreement, and it does not cover information exchanged during a paid engagement — that is handled under a separate contract.

What this website is

A static set of HTML pages with one local script. There is no account system, no booking engine, no payment step, no comment form and no server-side handler. Nothing you type into the scoping form is transmitted or stored by the site.

What is not collected

• No name, email address or telephone number is submitted through this site.
• No cookies are set, and no local storage is written.
• No analytics, advertising, session recording or heat-mapping tool is installed.
• No third-party fonts, scripts, embeds or CDNs are loaded.
• No images are requested from external servers; all visuals are drawn in HTML and CSS.

The scoping form

The form assembles a plain-text brief inside your browser and shows it in a text area. That text exists only in the open page; closing or reloading the tab discards it. If you copy it, it enters your own clipboard, and from there it is governed by your device and by whatever you paste it into. The company receives nothing unless you choose to send it yourself.

If you contact the company

Telephone calls are handled by the carrier that connects them and by the company. Correspondence sent to info@northwindcloud.net is processed so that the company can reply, and is retained only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law. The mailbox provider and a written retention period have not been confirmed; both will be added to this notice when they are.

Hosting

The hosting provider for this site has not been selected. Most providers keep short-lived access logs containing IP address, user agent and request path. When hosting is confirmed, this section will name the provider, the log retention period and the region.

Your rights

Because this site collects nothing, there is no stored record to access, correct or delete. For information held in the course of a client engagement, the contract governing that engagement sets out the process. California residents may have additional rights under state law; those will be described here once the company's data practices are formalised.

Changes

This notice will be replaced, not extended, when the hosting provider, the mailbox provider and the retention period are confirmed. The replacement will be dated.
