Purpose of this site
The site describes the services of Northwind Cloud Systems INC and how the company works. It is informational. It does not offer a product for sale, quote a price, or accept an order.
No contract is created
Nothing on this site — including the scoping form and any text it generates — constitutes an offer, an acceptance, an estimate or a commitment to perform work. A client relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.
Descriptions of work
Pages describing stages, artefacts, role matrices and release rings describe an approach, not a fixed deliverable list. Diagrams, tables and example panels are illustrative: they show structure, and where an artifact is labelled as illustrative it is not a record from a client engagement.
No performance claims
The site publishes no uptime figure, delivery percentage, cost saving or timeline guarantee. Any such commitment is made only in a signed agreement, for a defined scope.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, diagrams and code of this site belong to the company. The site contains no third-party photography, icon set, font file or design template. Copying the structure for a competing site is not permitted; reading it to understand how the company works is.
Third-party names
Where the site mentions categories of business software — ERP, CRM, accounting, payment, messaging — those are generic categories. No vendor is affiliated with, sponsoring or endorsing this site, and no vendor logo or trademark is reproduced.
Accuracy
The company aims to describe its work accurately and to correct errors when they are pointed out. The site is provided as it is, without a warranty of completeness, and it may change without notice.
